Liability for links:

By ruling of 12 September 1999 - 312 O 85/99 'Liability for Links', the Regional Court of Hamburg has decided that one may also be responsible for the content of the site that is linked to due to the placement of a link. According to the district court, this may only be prevented by the fact that one expressly distances himself or herself from these contents.

We hereby expressly distance ourselves from all contents of linked sites or graphics and do not embrace any of it. All violations of the applicable law, convention or morals that are known to us will result in the immediate removal of links, entries, graphics or the like.
