Injection Moulding Technique
With this innovative process, which is already suitable for small series from 100 pieces and more, a variety of structural possibilities can be realised:
- Overmoulding of inserts (insert moulding)
- Manufacture of moulded parts, such as cable bundling or strain relief
- Overmoulding of plug connections
- Filling housing (potting)

Manufacturing of customised electromagnetic coils
We create electric coils for you according to customer data and in special designs with enamelled copper wires from 0.05 mm to 1.5 mm. Due to the high level of flexibility of our production, the manufacture of a piece is possible from small and medium-sized series up to mass production. If desired, the coils and connector plugs are overmoulded with thermoplastic and integrated into cable systems.
